That companies hire workers on their appearance and if something goes wrong than they are have more incentive to get better and appeal to a wider range.
The video was overall good, I liked the music in the background that really helped the video.
It's interesting to learn that how companies have prejudice when they are marketing and hiring employees. I think you did an awesome job! There are lots of pictures that go along your talking, and your voice made the video more enjoyable. It's very comfortable to listen to it.
-I really enjoyed the different viewpoints of companies that have made poor comments and how they have come over them. -One thing I would do is go into more detail as to who Abercrombie and Fitch market more towards.
Societal perception can affect stock value because if a company does not follow cultural rules, people won't support that company.
