1. The economic idea I learned is about how the atmosphere is affecting other businesses, such as skiing! It shows how everything going on around us can tie into the economy. 2. Maybe could have focused less on the actual changes they made and more on ways that the climate change has hurt their profits.
Global warming is causing a detrimental affect on ski resorts because of a shorter and warmer winter with less snow which leads to less profit for these resorts, but they can fix this by providing more summer activities. I thought this was a very cool topic to research that we don't think about much!
